Intervention
Answers directly related to participation by the respondents in the Intervention 2 workshop. The interventions are only joined by respondents from the treatment group. A total of of 91 respondents from the treatment group were interviewed.
Attendance
Close to 70% of the respondents that answered said they have attended the intervention 2 workshop. Some 30% said they had not attended, most of them because of work commitments.

Expectations
About a third of the respondents that attended the workshop indicated there was nothing else they had expected to learn during the workshop. Some 40 respondents could name technology-related topics they wish to learn about. Most of them (15) expected to learn about smartphones and the internet (in general). Nine others expected to learn more about apps; 4 about digital financial services; and 3 about email.
Learning from the Intervention 2 workshop
Answers to the question what they have learned from the intervention 2 workshop were edited slightly to be able to grouped together. Ninety-one of the respondents answered questions related to the intervention workshop.
Learning
Almost all respondents could name specific lessons taken from the workshop. Almost all referred to the importance of online security. The majority of respondents learned how to create a strong password; other also said they learned how to prevent being hacked. Only 3 respondents said they could not remember what they learned during the workshop.

Teaching others about the Intervention 2 workshop
Most of the respondents that attended the workshop passed the information learned on to others. Men did so more often: 55% of the attending women said they taught someone else, while 67% of the attending men did. Friends and family were the most common beneficiaries of this new information.
